Emails made to measure.

I build communication driven by events, not by a send calendar. From the data and deliverability audit, through segmentation and flows, to analysis and recommendations. Full ownership.

About

I don't send newsletters. I build communication systems.

I started at GetResponse, where I helped build the Professional Services programme for Enterprise clients – effectively a one-person email agency inside the company. Behavioural segmentation, welcome flows, abandoned carts, store integrations and discovery calls with the teams behind large brands: e-commerce, pharma, sports events.

I then owned lifecycle at a SaaS platform in the CDN space, across a base of roughly 200k users. I made sure every change to the product, the plans and in-app onboarding was reflected precisely in the emails, separated the marketing contact from the app user, and messaged people based on how intensively they actually used the product – working directly with the product and dev team.

Today I am building email marketing from scratch for a publishing house: API integrations, copy, message design, segmentation and automation of the entire intake process, documentation included, working directly with the CEO.

I work on a full ownership basis: planning, copy, implementation, analysis, recommendations and scoping the next steps.

Scope

What I do and what I take responsibility for.

Usually all of it at once – because automation without good data and good copy is just a faster way to bore people.

01

Lifecycle & product communication

Emails wired to what happens in the app: onboarding, activation, retention, product and plan changes. Separating the marketing contact from the product user, and matching the message to how someone actually uses the product.

  • Onboarding
  • Activation & retention
  • Behavioural segmentation
  • Product & dev collaboration
02

Marketing automation & e-commerce

Welcome flows, abandoned carts, win-back, seasonal campaigns. Behavioural segmentation, internal scoring, store integrations – so a product event genuinely turns into email content.

  • Welcome flows
  • Abandoned carts
  • Segmentation & scoring
  • API / WooCommerce
03

Data audit & deliverability

Before anything ships: which user attributes you actually hold, whether marketing consent was ever collected, and whether the domain is set up so the emails don't land in spam.

  • Database & attribute audit
  • Marketing consent
  • Domain setup
  • List hygiene
04

Tooling & migrations

A stack recommendation matched to the business model and the budget, implementation, migration off the previous provider, and documentation so the team can run it without me.

  • Stack recommendation
  • Platform migrations
  • Implementation
  • Documentation
05

Landing pages for the funnel

I build campaign landing pages in Lovable and the AI tooling around it – a page takes days, not weeks. Wired from the start to the form, the contact tagging and the email flow meant to follow it.

Email marketing built from zero, working directly with the CEO: automation of participant sign-up and handling, API integrations, copy and message design, database segmentation and documentation of the whole process. Next up: WooCommerce integrated with the email platform – abandoned cart flows and sales campaigns.

GetResponse
Professional Services · Enterprise clients

Co-created the Professional Services programme – a one-person email marketing agency inside the company, serving Enterprise accounts. Discovery calls, translating business needs into concrete work in the platform, behavioural segmentation, welcome flows, abandoned carts and store integrations. Mostly e-commerce, but also pharma and sports events.

Adrianna was an absolutely essential part of our journey to create and implement a professional services delivery framework. Her contributions were so critical that the success of this project simply would not have been possible without her. Her proactive approach and sharp attention to detail allowed us to build a framework that effectively served both enterprise clients and internal teams.

I pick the tool to fit the business model, not the other way round. I give the edge to AI-native platforms – ones with a CLI and MCP, API access on a sensible plan, and the option to send over infrastructure the client has already warmed up. They are simply faster to work on.

How I work

Data first, sending second.

I start with an audit

What you actually store about users, which attributes they carry, whether marketing consent was collected, and whether the domain is technically ready. Flows come after that.

I turn events into content

I check how many in-app events can be turned into communication. Personalisation should come from real behaviour, not from a first-name field in the subject line.

Full ownership

Planning, copy, implementation, analysis, recommendations and scoping what comes next. I always draft the copy first – then we tune it to the brand's language.

Pricing

What it costs.

No packages, no asterisks. Three items that engagements are usually built from — what you actually need, we work out on a free call.

Setup

A one-off fee if you have nothing in place yet: data and domain audit, tool selection, account configuration and the first flow.

Consulting hour

A conversation about your funnel, database or tooling, ending with written recommendations you can implement yourself or hand on.

Frequently asked

Before you write.

Six questions that come up in every first conversation – answered here, no call required.

How long does a marketing automation implementation take?

The first working flow is usually live 2–4 weeks after the data audit. I start with the single process that pays for the work fastest, not with rebuilding the whole funnel at once.

Do you work with my current tool, or do I have to migrate?

I work with what you already have – your stack, your data, your accounts. I only propose a migration when the maths works out, and then I run it end to end.

What does a deliverability audit cover?

Domain configuration: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Plus the history of marketing consent, list hygiene, sending domain reputation, and which user attributes you actually hold in the database.

Do you write the email copy as well?

Yes. I draft the copy first, together with the message layout, and then we tune it to the brand's language. I don't hand over tool configuration without content – that doesn't work.

How do you price the work?

After a short call you get a concrete recommendation: what to launch first, how long it takes and what not to build at all. I work on a project basis, on retainer, or as a one-off audit.

What kind of companies do you work with?

SaaS products, e-commerce and publishers. I work from Warsaw and online, in Polish and English. Usually where something happens in the app or the shop that can be turned into communication.

Tell me what you want to launch.

One sentence about the product and one about the problem is plenty. I'll come back with a first recommendation – what to do first, how long it takes, and what not to build at all.
